Our completely refurbished Newcastle meeting rooms, are located in Balliol Business Park East, four miles from Newcastle city centre, three mile from the A1(M) and four mile from the A19. Newcastle Airport is a short drive and the metro (Four Lane Ends st) is a 5 minute walk.
The meeting rooms have been decorated to a very high standard and offer a contemporary look and feel, and are flexible to make sure we can meet your size requirements, with anything from an intimate 4 person meeting to a 30 person conference or training session.

You and your clients will be greeted at reception and personally shown to your meeting room. Our service team will deliver refreshments and lunch at times to meet your requirements.

Located in NE12 in Newcastle, North Shields, only four miles from Newcastle city centre, three mile from the A1(M) and four mile from the A19, Balliol Business Park East is superbly located to take advantage of all forms of transport.
The site itself is accessed by roundabout from Benton Lane (A188), and is easy to reach from the A19, A1058 and A1.
For public transport users the nearby Metro system offers excellent access to the city and much of the Tyne and Wear sub-region from the nearby Four Land Ends Metro Station (15 minute walk or regular bus shuttle), which also serves bus users. Strategic cycleways run alongside the site.
Freight links are serviced by the nearby facilities at Newcastle International Airport, North Shields Ferry Terminal and Tyne Dock.
