9-10 St Andrew Square is a listed office building and the Square itself is home to many of Scotland's leading companies and financial institutions.
Our Edinburgh meeting rooms are located close to the very best of Scotland's shopping and restaurants, with Jenners dept store, Harvey Nichols and St James Centre all only a few minutes walk away. Edinburgh train station is also only a 5 minute trip, and many bus route run by this centre.
We offer fully flexible room layout and seating configurations with excellent IT & Telecoms connectivity. AV equipment, TVs, projectors and screens are available upon request.
You and your clients will be greeted at reception and personally shown to your meeting room. Our service team will deliver refreshments and lunch at times to meet your requirements, and are on hand should you need anything else.

Our Edinburgh serviced offices at 9-10 St Andrew Square are located in a listed building set in the heart of the financial district of Edinburgh city centre.
The centre is situated only seconds from Princes Street (A1) and a few minutes from the main bus and train stations, including a direct coach service to Edinburgh Airport (30 minutes).
