Map & Directions
Our serviced offices and meeting rooms in Victoria are prominently located at the junction of Greycoat Place and Rochester Row just off Victoria Street. The building is a 6 minute walk from both St. James' s Park and Victoria stations giving easy access to the District, Circle and Victoria underground lines – it’s perfect if you need an SW1 address.
Gatwick Airport is easily accessible from Victoria mainline station in just 30 minutes.
From Victoria station:
- As you come up the elevators take the exit to WILTON ROAD
- Come up the stairs and then you will see the traffic lights in front of you. Cross over the road.
- Keep walking straight and you will see another set of traffic lights, cross over ending up on the roundabout
- Cross the traffic lights with Prêt a Manger in front of you
- Walk straight down the main road Victoria Street
- Keep walking along Victoria street until you come to House of Frasier
- As you come to the end of House of Frasier you will have a set of traffic lights in front of you
- Cross of the traffic lights bearing to your right
- This is now Artillery Road
- Walk to the bottom of this road passing Barclays Bank
- As you come to the end of the road bear left on to Greycoat Place, passing Costcutter newsagents, on your left hand side
- We are number 10 right next to the Fresco Café
