Our meeting rooms in Reading provide first class meeting and conference facilities and are conveniently located less than quarter of a mile from junction 11 of the M4 and only 10 minutes from Reading town centre.
Our meeting rooms are located at Atlantic House in Reading, which has been fully refurbished to very high standards, and can host anything from an intimate 4 person meeting or interview to a full company conference.
The building has an impressive reception atrium and open staircase, with several break-out area for you to utilise for lunch or to step away from your meeting.
We offer fully flexible room layout and seating configurations with excellent IT & Telecoms connectivity. TVs, projectors and screens and a large range of AV equipment are available upon request.
You and your clients will be greeted at reception and personally shown to your meeting room, and our service team will deliver refreshments and lunch at times to meet your requirements.
We take care of everything so you can focus on your meeting.

Map & Directions
Our serviced offices and meeting rooms at Atlantic House in Reading are only 0.25 miles from Junction 11 of the M4 allowing easy access to Heathrow International Airport (28 miles). Reading train station is only 10 minutes away and trains run direct to London Paddington (25 mins) and London Waterloo (65 mins). The centre is served by local buses to Reading town centre every 15 minutes.
From M4 Motorway Junction 11.
Leave Motorway and join A33 toward Reading Town Centre. Get into the middle lane (right hand lane will filter off).
At the next roundabout turn right onto Imperial Way.
Atlantic House is the third building on the left (past Imperium and Pacific House)
Ample parking is available in MWB marked space in front of and behind the building
From Reading Town Centre
Take A33 towards M4. You will drive past Reading Gate retail park with B&Q, Pizza Hut and McDonalds on your right.
Go straight over the next roundabout (Madejski stadium on right hand side)
At the next roundabout turn left onto Imperial Way.
Atlantic House is the third building on the left (past Imperium and Pacific House)
Ample parking is available in MWB marked space in front of and behind the building
Public Transport
Bus route 4 from the station stops right outside the building.
Bus route 6 from Market Place, town centre stops outside Lidle (Walk down Imperial Way Past Holiday Inn, MWB is the next building on right hand side)
