Our meeting rooms in Oxford provide first class facilities in a stunning building located prominently on the Oxford Science Park. Conveniently located near Oxford’s Inner Ring Road these meeting rooms give easy access to the city centre and its famous colleges.
The centre is fitted out to our very high standards providing well-appointed business accommodation and stylish meeting rooms
We offer fully flexible room layout and seating configurations in boardroom, theatre, classroom, u-shaped, cabaret style or to meet your requirements. As with all our meeting venues you'll receive excellent IT & Telecoms connectivity. TVs, projectors and screens are available upon request.
You and your clients will be greeted at reception and personally shown to your meeting room. Our service team will deliver refreshments and lunch at times to meet your requirements, and are on hand should you need anything else.

Map & Directions
Our Oxford serviced offices at John Eccles House are located to the south of the city centre close to the A4142 ring road on the Oxford Science Park.
It is also close to the A40/M40 to the east and the A34 to the west.
General Directions
The Oxford Science Park is located approx. 4 miles south east of Oxford City centre. When travelling from the north use the M40 Junction 9, or from London use the M40 Junction 8.
The Science Park is well signposted however where not indicated follow signs for the A4074 or the Kassam Stadium (follow the brown football) located about 500 metres east of the Science Park.
John Eccles House is situated at the far end of the Science Park, turn right at the first roundabout, then left at the second (opposite Thames Water). There are 48 parking spaces in front of the building, a free multi-storey is accessed by driving past the building and turning immediately left.
From Oxford City Centre
Take the A4144 Abingdon Rd south through New Hinksey. At the roundabout turn left, following the signs for Reading and Henley, continue to the J.Sainsbury roundabout and turn right onto the A4074. After a half mile The Oxford Science Park is clearly signed to the left.
From London M40
Leave the M40 at Junction 8, signposted to Oxford, and joining the A40. After several miles you approach the outskirts of Oxford. Turn left at the first roundabout following signs for Reading or The Oxford Science Park. After four miles turn left onto the A4074 to Henley-on-Thames (at the J.Sainsbury roundabout). After a half mile The Oxford Science Park is clearly signed to the left.
From the A34 travelling south
Leave the A34 at the Hinksey Hill Interchange, signposted A423 to Reading. From the roundabout follow signs for Reading, Henley or The Oxford Science Park.
From the A34 travelling north
Leave the A34 at the Hinksey Hill Interchange. signposted A4144 Ring Road. Take the third exit from the roundabout and follow signs for Reading, Henley or The Oxford Science Park.
From Henley-on-Thames
When approaching from the south on the A4074, The Park is signposted to the left towards Sandford-on-Thames. When entering Sandford, turn right under the A4074 into the Park.
By Rail
Oxford railway station has regular services from London Paddington, details of which are available by phoning 0345 484950. In addition, direct services are available to Birmingham, the south coast and north from Oxford station.
By Coach
Coach services run from most cities and major towns to Oxford's Gloucester Green Coach Station. From London Victoria Coach Station, services run every 20 minutes by two operators, Oxford Citylink and Oxford Tube. The journey takes around 90 mins. There are also regular Oxford Citylink services from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports to Gloucester Green Coach station.

From Oxford Rail and Coach stations
The Park is approximately 4 miles from the City Centre Coach station at Gloucester Green and a similar distance from Oxford Rail Station. There is an hourly bus service from immediately outside the train station and from the City Centre (Stop G2 in St Aldates, approx 10 minutes walk from the coach station).
