Our Milton Keynes serviced offices at 494 Midsummer Boulevard are located on the west side of the central shopping area with parking facilities nearby.

Driving from M1:

• At junction 14, take the A509 exit to Milton Keynes/Newport Pagnell
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A509 heading to Central Milton Keynes
• At Northfield Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A509/Portway
• Go through 6 roundabouts
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Saxon Gate
• Turn right at Midsummer Boulevard
• Turn left to stay on Midsummer Boulevard
• Turn right for MWB Business Exchange Milton Keynes (494 Midsummer Boulevard)

It is a 10-minute walk from Milton Keynes Central station, providing onward connections across the UK and direct services to London Euston (45 minutes).

Walking from Train Station:

• Come out the station
• Walk straight ahead taking underpass on the right hand side.
• Continue straight ahead for approx 10 - 15 mins where you should pass Abbey headquarters on your left and then further ahead Jury’s Inn hotel on your right.
• Continue for approx another 200 yards where you should approach Exchange House entrance on your right.

Inside the Building

• Walk through the main reception taking the stairs down into the Exchange House foyer and turn left.
• Continue down the foyer then turn right into glass doors situated after the newsagents and opposite Taylors.
• Take lift to 4th floor then turn left to MWB reception.
• WELCOME !!

Nearest NCP - Milton Keynes Shopping Centre (1 min walk), and also on street outside building.
