This modern building has recently been refurbished and provides 3 differently sized meeting rooms, with a maximum capacity of 12 delegates, perfect for boardroom meetings and discussions.
We offer fully flexible room layout and seating configurations with excellent IT & Telecoms connectivity. A full range of AV equipment such as TVs, projectors and screens are available upon request.
You and your clients will be greeted at reception and personally shown to your meeting room, and our service team will deliver refreshments and lunch throughout the day.

Map & Directions
Our Milton Keynes serviced offices at 494 Midsummer Boulevard are located on the west side of the central shopping area with parking facilities nearby.
The building is easily accessible from junction 14 of the M1 and junction 9 of the M40. Luton International Airport and Birmingham International Airport are both less than an hour's drive away.
It is a 10-minute walk from Milton Keynes Central station, providing onward connections across the UK and direct services to London Euston (45 minutes).
Directions from Train Station:
- Come out the station
- Walk straight ahead taking underpass on the right hand side.
- Continue straight ahead for approx 10 - 15 mins where you should pass Abbey headquarters on your left and then further ahead Jury’s Inn hotel on your right.
- Continue for approx another 200 yards where you should approach Exchange House entrance on your right.
- Walk through the main reception taking the stairs down into the Exchange House foyer and turn left.
- Continue down the foyer then turn right into glass doors situated after the newsagents and opposite Taylors.
- Take lift to 4th floor then turn left to MWB reception.
