We offer fully flexible room layout and seating configurations with excellent IT & Telecoms connectivity. TVs, projectors and screens and AV equipment are available upon request.
Onsite parking is available and our meeting rooms are minutes from Guildford train station, meaning your guests will have no problems getting to the venue.
You and your clients will be greeted at reception and personally shown to your meeting room. Our service team will deliver refreshments and lunch at times to meet your requirements.
We take care of everything so you can focus on your meeting.

Map & Directions
MWB Business Exchange Guildford is situated on the corner of Farnham Road and Guildford Park Road (the front entrance being on Guildford Park Road) next to the mini roundabout.
To gain access by car:
From the Town Centre: Follow the one-way system heading towards Farnham (A31), turn right at the mini roundabout, and then take the first right which is signposted to the station car park.
From the A3:
From London: Take the exit signposted to Guildford, Cathedral, University of Surrey and Royal Surrey Hospital. At the roundabout take the second exit (Guildford Town Centre) into The Chase. The Cathedral will be on your left hand side. Continue along this road until you see the back entrance to the Railway Station. Take the slip road on the left to the station car park.
From Portsmouth: Take the exit signposted to Guildford, Cathedral, University of Surrey and Royal Surrey Hospital. At the roundabout take the fourth exit and continue under the bridge to the roundabout. Take the third exit (Guildford Town Centre) into the Chase. The Cathedral will be on your left hand side. Continue along this road until you see the back entrance to the Railway Station. Take the slip road on the left to the station car park.
This slip road will take you to the Guildford station car park, Farnham Road car park and also to our client car park. If a visitors parking bay has been booked for you, please buzz at the barrier located half way down the slip road on the right hand side and our reception staff will lift the barrier and advise you where to park. If not, we recommend you park in the Farnham Road multi-story car park, which can be accessed by turning right at the mini roundabout at the bottom of the slip road and continuing under the bridge. This is much cheaper option than the station car park as you can pay by the hour.
If travelling by foot from the town centre: you will need to walk UP and away from the Friary Shopping centre, as though heading for the train station, passing the YMCA on your left. Cross over Walnut Tree Close and continue up and over the railway bridge. We are the red brick building on the corner.
If travelling by train: Guildford is situated on the Waterloo to Portsmouth Line. There are two stations in Guildford, please avoid getting off at London Road. You will need to exit the station via the back entrance which can be found past platform 8, i.e. AWAY from the main entrance. Upon leaving the station, you will need to turn LEFT. Keep walking towards the mini roundabout, MWB is the red brick building on the corner on the left hand side.
There is a small clock tower with a turquoise roof atop the building.
