Our meeting rooms in South Gyle are based in a prestigious new building on one of Edinburgh's premier business parks located to the west of the City.
Edinburgh South Gyle provides excellent meeting facilities near the airport, and parking is readily available. It’s near the city bypass and Scotland's motorway network (M8), yet Edinburgh city centre is within easy reach.
We offer fully flexible room layout and seating configurations for up to 40 delegates in a theatre style, with excellent IT & Telecoms connectivity. TVs, projectors and screens and a full range of AV equipment are available upon request.
Our dedicated meeting room service team will greet your delegates, ensure your refreshments are served promptly and are on hand for any other requirements you may need.

Map & Directions
Our serviced offices at South Gyle centre are situated in the heart of Edinburgh Park on the west side of the city. The centre is ideally positioned close to Edinburgh's motorway network (M8 and M9) and city bypass, with the airport just I0 minutes away. There is also a main bus route from Edinburgh city centre with buses running every I0-I5 minutes.
FROM THE M8 MOTORWAY TRAVELLING EAST:
• Leave motorway at exit marked Zoo, Edinburgh Bypass North
• Head towards the roundabout at the end of the City Bypass
• Take the lane marked Gyle Centre at the roundabout
• Follow this lane passed Gyle Shopping Centre
• At the roundabout at the entrance to the Shopping Centre go straight over
• Carry on through the traffic lights to the next roundabout
• Take the last exit on this roundabout towards South Gyle Estate to the next roundabout
• Take the last exit from here passed Drummond House – Royal Bank of Scotland
• Take first right into Redheughs Rigg
• Take the first right and we are on the left – opposite Keith House
FROM CENTRAL EDINBURGH:
• Head west along the Glasgow Road towards Mayburn junction
• Follow signs for Gyle Centre and with Gyle Shopping Centre on your left, go straight over the roundabout at the entrance to the centre
• Carry on through the traffic lights to the next roundabout
• Take the last exit on this roundabout towards South Gyle Estate to the next roundabout
• Take the last exit from here passed Drummond House – Royal Bank of Scotland
• Take the first right into Redheughs Rigg
• Take the first right an we are on the left – opposite Keith House
FROM EDINBURGH AIRPORT:
• Leaving the airport head towards Edinburgh
• Follow the road markings for Gyle Centre and with Gyle Shopping Centre on your left, go straight over the roundabout at the entrance to the Centre
• Carry on through the traffic lights to the next roundabout
• Take the last exit on this roundabout towards South Gyle Estate to the next roundabout
• Take the last exit from here passed Drummond House – Royal Bank of Scotland
• Take the first right into Redheughs Rigg
• Take the first right and we are on the left – opposite Keith House
