The Meeting Venue team at every centre:

Receptionists
The first thing you and your guests experience of our business, that's why we make sure everyone is fully trained and operational from their first day in the centre. They will greet your guests and personally show them to your room.

Service Co-ordinators
These are the face of our business and are constantly on hand to ensure you have refreshments, catering, IT equipment and anything else you may require.

Meeting & Conferencing Executives
Our unique style of account management means you won't get passed around a call-handling system. We want you to deal with the same person everytime which is why you are given a dedicated executive.

Centre Manager & Assistant Centre Managers
If you experience any issues our management team based at every centre will ensure your problems are resolved instantly.

Cleaners
