Our day delegate packages include room hire, refreshments and equipment for meetings for six delegates or more.

Full day delegate package (Full DDR)

Sandwich Platter
  • Room hire from 08:30 - 18:00
  • Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Buffet lunch
  • Still and sparkling water
  • Flipchart, pens, pads and pencils
  • Whiteboard 

Half-day delegate package (Half DDR)

Fruit Skewers
  • Room hire from 08:30 - 13:00 or 13.30 - 18.00
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Either breakfast on arrival, buffet lunch or afternoon tea depending on time of booking
  • Still and sparkling water
  • Flipchart, pens, pads and pencils
  • Whiteboard

Our catering is of a fantastic standard and offers a wide range of options including vegetarian, however if you have any specific dietary requirements please contact us before your meeting and we will attempt to provide suitable alternatives.
